SOUND JOURNEY AT THE SPA

An immersion of sound, stillness, and deep inner restoration.

Join us for a sacred somatic sound journey weaving breath, vibration and overtone-emitting instruments to regulate the nervous system, align the body's natural intelligence, and restore inner harmony. Journeys are held twice on the dates noted below. Morning journeys are held in the yurt and evening journeys are held in the yoga studio. 

Participation Fee - $55 per class. All classes are open to in-house guests and the public. Access to The Spa is not included. 

Space is limited. Advanced reservation is suggested.

Yurt Journey: 9:00 - 10:30 AM
Yoga Studio Journey: 7:00 - 8:30 PM
