A curated 5-course wine pairing dinner - September 3rd
Join Chef Cote and Stein Collections’ knowledgeable sommeliers for the inaugural Alpine Wine Pairing Dinner on Thursday, September 3, at Stein Eriksen Lodge. Dinner begins at 6 pm. $175 per person includes dinner and wine pairings.
This exclusive evening will feature a five-course, curated dinner, with each course thoughtfully paired with wine selections hand-chosen by the Collections sommeliers. The menu includes salt-baked beets with Peekytoe crab, Spanish turbot, wild mushroom ragout, bison tenderloin, and a pistachio pain de Gênes to finish.
