Join Chef Cote and Stein Collections’ knowledgeable sommeliers for the second Alpine Wine Pairing Dinner on Friday, October 2, at Stein Eriksen Lodge. Dinner begins at 6 pm. $175 per person includes dinner and wine pairings.
This exclusive evening will feature a five-course, curated dinner, with each course thoughtfully paired with wine selections hand-chosen by the Collections sommeliers. The menu includes items such as marinated breakfast radish, smoked trout tart, Tartiflette, elk & foie gras pate, braised Wagyu short rib and Tilslørte Bondepiker to finish.
