7880 Club Chef's Table Experience

Guests at any Stein Collection property are invited to step behind the scenes and into the heart of the kitchen with an exclusive Chef's Table Experience at 7880 Club. This custom curated seven-course tasting menu is available every Thursday evening at 6 p.m with advanced reservations. Seated right at the chef's table, guests can expereince an immersive evening of storytelling, technique, and flavor. $160 per person. Minimum of 8 guests required with a maximum of 12. Expereince is only available to guests staying at a Stein Collection property.
