To ensure a tranquil and relaxing environment for all, spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies are reserved exclusively for guests 18 years of age and older.

Salon Services

Minors between the ages of 12 to 17 are welcome to enjoy salon services such as manicures, pedicures, and hair treatments with the accompaniment of a parent or legal guardian and a signed parental consent waiver. Parental presence is required throughout the duration of the visit.

  • Guests aged 18 and older are welcome to enjoy full access to our state-of-the-art fitness centers.
     
  • Guests aged 16–17 may access the facility with a signed parental release waiver and must be accompanied by an adult.

Spa Facilities

To preserve the peaceful ambiance and uphold privacy standards, our spa amenities — including locker rooms, steam rooms, saunas, hot tubs, cold plunges, and gender-specific relaxation lounges — are exclusively for guests 18 and older. These indoor spa amenities are available only to guests with a scheduled spa service and not accessible without an appointment. We respectfully do not permit minors in these areas under any circumstances.
