The luxurious mountainside, and Four-Star, Glitretind Restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner and weekly for Sunday Brunch. A warm and elegant setting awaits, perfect for a traditional dining experience or a romantic night out.
Join the après crowd at the Troll Hallen Lounge. Relax by the fireplace or enjoy a light lunch or appetizers, all while enjoying beautiful Deer Valley mountainside views. During the warmer months, enjoy casual culinary delights and seasonal spirits on the deck.
For an enhanced experience treat yourself to our housemade chocolates created by Executive Pastry Chef, Raymond Lammers. Or schedule a wine seminar in our 10,000-bottle wine cellar. A cheese course or tasting of canapés is included and wine tasting is optional.
