Standard Deposit, Cancellation & Modification Policies

​Ski Season reservations require a one-night deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance of the reservation is charged in full 30 days prior to the arrival date. 30 days prior to arrival, the full reservation amount is non-refundable. Cancellations made outside of 30 days will receive a refund of the one-night deposit. Non-ski season reservations require a one-night deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance of the reservation is charged seven days prior to the arrival date. Seven days prior to the arrival date, the full reservation amount is non-refundable. Cancellations made outside of seven days are fully refundable, including the deposit made at the time of booking.

Travel insurance can be purchased through us at the time of booking or by a third-party travel insurance provider and is highly recommended.

 

 

Group Reservations, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Deposit and cancellation policies for group reservations vary from those outlined above. Please contact reservations at (866) 996-0034 to verify your individual group policies.

Resort Fees

The daily resort fee includes in-town shuttle transportation services to and from Park City's Historic Main Street, site-wide, wireless Internet access, business center access, bottled water upon arrival, fitness center, heated pool, wellness classes, and bike storage. Daily resort fees may vary by property and by season. Please contact our reservation team to confirm daily resort fee and any applicable taxes. (866) 996-0034

Modifying Your Reservation

Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation will result in additional fees. Please refer above for any special rate policies. Due to our remote location, we must adhere to our cancellation and deposit policies. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection in the event of unexpected circumstances which would impede travel to Stein Eriksen Lodge Deer Valley. Please consult with your credit card company or call our reservations department at (866) 996-0034 for travel insurance options.

Third-Party Bookings

If you booked a reservation through a third-party lodging entity or booking partner, please contact that third-party booking source directly as their cancellation, modification, reservation policies may differ.

DEPOSITS

Summer (May - November) a one-night deposit plus the tax and resort is due at the time of booking. The balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 7 days before the arrival date.

Winter (December - April) a one-night deposit plus tax and resort fee is due at the time of booking. The balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days before the arrival date.

CANCELLATIONS

Summer (May - November) reservations cancelled more than seven (7) days before the arrival day will receive a full refund of the one-night deposit. Reservations cancelled within seven (7) days of the arrival date will forfeit the one-night deposit. Reservations that do not show up will forfeit the full amount of the booking.

Winter (December - April) Reservations cancelled more than 31 days before the arrival date can receive a refund of the 1 night deposit. Some packages such as the Advanced Purchase Offer are paid in full and non-refundable at the time of booking. Reservations cancelled 30 days or less before the arrival date will forfeit the full amount of the booking. Once within 30 days of the arrival date reservations are non-changeable, non-moveable and non-refundable.
