PARK CITY, Utah (Oct. 30, 2025) – Menus are set and preparations are underway for Stein Collection’s annual Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner delivery to military families at Hill Air Force Base, located approximately one hour northeast of Park City, Utah.  

“Our mission is to honor and support the families of our deployed service members by providing meals prepared by award-winning chefs,” said Dan Bullert, Chief Operating Officer of Stein Collection. “We have been dedicated to ease the burden faced by military families around the holidays by offering comfort and care through every meal served.”

In conjunction with the Military & Family Readiness Center at Hill Air Force Base, Stein Collection Corporate Executive Chef Jon Miller oversees the preparataion of holiday meals for families whose spouse is deployed overseas. Bullert, a Navy veteran, and his team hand-deliver meals for 15 families on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Eve, a service Stein Collection has provided since 2018.

Holiday meals feed a family of 6 and typically include traditional favorites such as roasted turkey & gravy, cranberry sauce, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, roasted yams & sweet potatoes with marshmallows, stuffing, green beans, Parkerhouse rolls, and pumpkin or pecan pie.

These key shifts in leadership went into effect June 1, 2025.

Dan Bullert, who has been a member of the Stein leadership team for 29 years, most recently serving as the collection’s Vice President of Hotel Operations, replaced Flick as the new Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Bullert manages all hotel and food and beverage operations across the collection.

Additionally, Greg Gendron, who has been a member of the Stein leadership team for 15 years, most recently serving as the Collection’s Vice President of Residential Operations, has been promoted to Chief Administrative Officer. In this new capacity, he oversees the Sales & Marketing, Real Estate and Human Resource operations for the collection.

Russ Olsen continues as President and Chief Executive Officer of Stein Eriksen Lodge Management Corp.  He will continue to lead the strategic effort for the company and directly oversee these newly created positions along with overseeing the Chief Financial Officer.
