Michael Unanue
Director of Group Sales

Michael began his hospitality career in Asheville, NC where he spent over 12 years at The Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa. Prior to joining the Lodge, Michael was the Vice President of Sales at the Roanoke Valley Convention & Visitors Bureau. At the CVB he was responsible for overseeing the Sales and Convention Services Department. He attended the State University of New York at Buffalo in Buffalo, NY. Michael is a member of FICP, ASAE, MPI and PCMA. Michael oversees primarily the Southeastern territory.

In his spare time he enjoys mountain biking, boating, hiking with his family.      


Terri Hulbert
Associate Director of Group Sales

Terri began her hotel career at The Yarrow Hotel & Conference Center in Park City opening the hotel in 1978. She joined the Stein Eriksen Lodge Team in 1986 as Conference Service Manager. In 1990, she moved to the Sales Manager position until current, covering various territories. A member of MPI for 20 years and received a Stars of the Industry award for Utah Sales Manager of the Year.  Terri handles the Western Territory for group sales.

Terri moved from Southern California to Park City in 1975 where she currently resides with her husband Dennis. She enjoys mountain biking, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing and gardening.


Kim Duffett
National Sales Manager

Kim currently represents the Northeast Territory for group sales. She has over 10 years in Sales experience in the Utah market including The Chateaux Deer Valley, Zermatt Resort, Summit Events, Global Events Partners, PRA Destination Management, The Yarrow, and Deer Valley Lodging.  Kim also serves as Regional Director of Meeting Professionals International Rocky Mountain Chapter.

She attended Santa Monica College, and when she isn't working she enjoys skiing, golfing, hiking and tennis. 


Jeff Fishman
Associate Director of Leisure Sales

Jeff is responsible for managing the hotels leisure market by maintaining partner relationships with Travel Agents, Wholesalers, and Consortia.  Prior to joining Steins 6 years ago, Jeff worked at Jackson Lake Lodge in Jackson WY, Sebasco Estates in Sebasco ME, Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo FL and The Everglades Club in Palm Beach FL working in a variety of positions throughout his career in Hospitality. 

Jeff is certified in STCW, and is continuing his education through hospitality based programs and training. While not in the office Jeff has a passion for luxury travel and adventures of all kinds.


Nancy Liepmann
Director of Catering & Event Services

Nancy has been with Stein Eriksen Lodge for over 10 years overseeing Five-Star events.  Prior to Utah, Nancy was Director of Catering for the Fairmont Copley Hotel and Director of Convention Services at Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington DC.  She has handled conventions, inaugural balls, weddings and events in Boston, Washington DC and Utah for over 20 years.  She attended college at Thomas College and the University of Southern Maine.

When Nancy isn't planning incredible events she enjoys golf, cross country skiing and traveling.


Kimberley Goldberg
Catering Sales Manager

Kimberley was born and raised in Wall, New Jersey. She attended college at Niagara University in Lewiston, NY where she received a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management with a concentration in Planning and Control. Her career began with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts in June 2005 and stayed with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts for almost 10 years including properties such as Hyatt Regency Cincinnati, Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa and Hyatt Regency Bellevue. Her concentration areas were in Food & Beverage positions including Restaurants, Banquets and Events.

In her spare time she enjoys traveling, skiing and spending time with family and friends.


Brooke Hafets
National Sales Manager

Brooke moved to Park City in 2001 and launched her career with the National Ability Center, one of the largest recreation and athletic programs for people with disabilities in the country. Brooke then enjoyed 8 years with Canyons Resort & Talisker where she held positions including Director of Catering and Director of F&B Sales and Events.  Prior to joining the Stein Eriksen Lodge, Brooke was a National Sales Manager with Destination Services Corporation (DSC), a full service destination management company.  Brooke is an avid volunteer and sits on the board at Park City Women’s Business Network and is active with her alumni organization. She attended Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. In her spare time, Brooke enjoys riding her horse, skiing, camping with her husband and dog and cooking for friends.
