Stein Eriksen is recognized for its award-winning dining. From French hors d’oeuvres to Shallot Roasted Sea Bass, the wedding menu for Stein Eriksen Lodge weddings at Deer Valley Resort will surely please your wedding guests and, more importantly, the happy couple.
Stein Weddings Food and Beverage Policies
All food and beverage arrangements are subject to a taxable service charge of 22%, and applicable Sales Tax / PIF. We require your menu selections at least 30 days prior to the date of your wedding. Menu prices are subject to change based on availability of product.
Hotel policy dictates that under no circumstances will food or beverage be allowed to be brought into Stein Eriksen Lodge.
Stein Eriksen Lodge will be prepared to serve the guarantee number plus 5% for guarantees of 299 or less and 3% for guarantees over 300. The general account will be billed for the guarantee number or the actual number of attendees - whichever is greater. A selection of entrees for sit-down meals may be offered to your wedding guests. Selections are limited to two choices and all meals will be charged at the highest priced entrée. An exact count of the number of each entrée is required with your guarantee of attendance, three business days prior to the event. Place cards are required to designate entrée selections to the banquet staff.
Alcoholic Beverages for Your Wedding
Stein Eriksen Lodge, as a licensed premise, is responsible for the sale and service of all alcoholic beverages and compliance with state and city laws/regulations. Due to this, no outside (non-STEIN ERIKSEN LODGE) alcohol may be brought onto property. As a licensed premise, STEIN ERIKSEN LODGE is required to (1) request proper (photo) ID of any person of questionable age and refuse alcoholic beverages to any person under age or who cannot produce proper identification, and; (2) refuse alcoholic beverage service to any person who, in the Hotel's judgment, appears to be intoxicated.
