Deposits and Final Payments

See your Wedding Catering Manager for more specific details on the deposit schedule. Pre-payment of the remaining balance will be due five business days prior to the wedding, payable only by certified or cashiers’ check or credit card. This final wedding payment will be based on a cost estimate created by your Wedding Catering Manager. Any remaining balance will be charged on the next business day to your credit card. Payments by personal check will be accepted up to 30 days prior to your event with a credit card guarantee.

Availability of wedding reception and ceremony times: daytime weddings are scheduled between 11 AM and 4:30 PM. Evening weddings in the Olympic Ballroom are scheduled between 5:30 PM and 12 AM. Evening weddings in the Main Lodge are scheduled between 4:30 PM and 10 PM. Access to your wedding ceremony and reception site for decoration prior to the scheduled starting time is subject to availability and may require an additional charge.
