Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner and Sunday brunch, a warm, luxurious environment is framed by stunning surrounding views of Deer Valley Resort. Executive Chef Zane Holmquist focuses on seasonal menus and fresh, local, sustainable ingredients for his award-winning dishes. Sommelier Cara Schwindt is charged with selecting, purchasing, and pairing the wine for seasonal menus.
