Stein Eriksen Wine Cellar and Wine Seminars
The wine collection at Stein Eriksen Lodge tops 10,000 bottles, one of the largest and most varied collections in the state of Utah. Sommelière Stephen Mackay maintains the collection and assists guests in pairing the perfect wine with their cuisine. Maintained at a temperature of 55 degrees Fahrenheit and 60 percent humidity, the cellar features floor-to-ceiling redwood bins and a tasting area. Private wine seminars for up to eight guests may be scheduled through the concierge desk.
