Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am

Rates are subject to 10.45% state and local taxes (subject to change.) Rates are single through quad occupancy.

Rollaway beds are available for an additional charge and must be reserved. Cribs are available at no extra charge.

Pets are prohibited on property.

Deposit/Cancellation Policies:
Winter: Non-refundable payment for one night room and tax must be provided at the time reservation is made. Full payment is due 45 day prior to arrival. Cancellation outside of 45 days will forfeit the deposit of one night room and tax for each room reserved. Cancellations within 45 days of arrival are non-refundable and forfeit the entire stay. Check-out prior to scheduled departure date will constitute a cancellation and is non-refundable. Complimentary breakfast buffet is included in the room rates from 12/4/11-4/15/12.

Holiday: Full payment is required at time of booking and is non-refundable. Cancellations forfeit entire deposit any time after reservation confirmation.

Summer: Payment of one night room and tax must be provided at the time the reservation is made. Cancellations are accepted up to seven days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Reservations not cancelled prior to seven days of scheduled arrival will be charged first and last night's room and tax. Check-out prior to scheduled departure date will constitute a cancellation and is non-refundable.

Group Deposit and Cancellation Policies: outlined in the group contract prevail and may vary slightly over the policies outlined below.

Group Winter: Full payment of room and tax is required 60 days prior to arrival. Individual room cancellation outside of 60 days is subject to one night's room and tax for each room reserved. Cancellation within 60 days will forfeit the entire length of stay. Early departures or shortened length of stay within 60 days of arrival will be assessed the entire stay.

Group Summer: One night's room and tax required upon booking. Individual room cancellation prior to 30 days of arrival will be charged one night's room and tax for each room reserved. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first and last night's night room and tax. Early departures or shortened length of stay within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the last night.
