Terms and Conditions

Rates may fluctuate depending on availability, and are subject to 10.40% state and local taxes (subject to change). Rates are single through quad occupancy, when extra bedding is not required and additional per person charges may apply. Cribs are available at no extra charge. Pets are prohibited on property.

Rooms come with choice of king or two queen beds, rollaway charge is $35 per night in suites only. Subject to availability.

Check In Time: 4 p.m.
Check Out Time: 11 a.m.

Credit Card Deposit

The deposit for your stay may be charged to MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club, American Express, or CarteBlanche credit cards and will be processed when the card number is given.
Summer: Payment for one night room and tax must be provided at the time reservation is made.
Winter: Non-refundable payment for one night room and tax must be provided at the time reservation is made. Full payment is due 45 days prior to stay.
Holiday: Full payment is required at time of booking and is non-refundable.

Cancellations

Summer: Accepted up to seven days prior to your expected arrival date. Reservations not cancelled prior to seven days of scheduled arrival will be charged first and last night. Check-out prior to scheduled departure date will constitute a cancellation and is non-refundable.
Winter: Cancellations outside of 45 days prior to expected arrival date forfeit the deposit of one night's room and tax. Cancellations within 45 days of expected arrival date are non-refundable, and forfeit entire stay. During Peak periods cancellations forfeit entire stay at any time after reservation confirmation. Check-out prior to scheduled departure date will constitute a cancellation and is non-refundable.
Holiday: Cancellations forfeit entire deposit any time after reservation confirmation.
